BPM Senior Living Resumes Management of Two Oregon Properties

PORTLAND, OR—BPM Senior Living, a premier senior living company, is pleased to announce it has resumed management of two of their properties, Regency Park located in Portland, Oregon and Royalton Place in Milwaukie, Oregon.  They will join their five other communities that are currently owned and operated by BPM, Acacia Springs and Heritage Springs in Las Vegas, Nevada, Regency Grand in West Covina, California, Magnolia Grand in Riverside, California and Waterford Grand in Eugene, Oregon.

Regency Park was built by BPM Owner Walter Bowen in 1989 and is a 140 bed community that was one of the first senior living communities in the United States.  As a pioneer in assisted living and memory care, Regency Park has a long history of providing exceptional care and service to the residents of Portland and is one of the largest providers of memory care in the metro area.    Royalton Place is a 79 bed community that was originally built as independent living, but after a series of upgrades and conversions by Mr. Bowen, is now providing assisted living and memory care services to the residents of Milwaukie and Southeast Portland.

“We are very excited to be working with an amazing team of professionals at Regency Park and Royalton Place.  These are two exceptional communities and we believe that our experience and alignment of ownership interest will solidify Regency Park & Royalton Place as the premier assisted living and memory care communities in the area,” said Dan Lamey, President & COO of BPM Senior Living.
